First time coming to Korea, and this was the hotel that my family and I stayed at. The pricing was great, and our rooms got had a great view too. It was also a great location as well, the subway is literally right in front of the hotel entrance, and there's a bus stop straight to the airport just a little farther down the street. Plenty of restaurants and connivance stores in our surrounding area too. Overall it was a great hotel in a great location to stay at!

The lobby is on the 4/F, so you could enjoy the night view of Seoul 24/7. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk host was polite and greeted us before we approached to the counter. The room is just the international standard. Be aware that the shower room big glass wall is transparent. It would take around 10 mins walk to the tourist area, but it is close to some of the companies here. Just across the street you will see some bars and restaurants. Overall I would recommend this hotel if the price of the day is great-value, but if you are a tourist there are some other options for you.

Room size was perfect. They provide Netflix as well on the TV. There are water dispenser on each floor, and affordable laundry room. Ordered 3 rooms, unfortunately one of the rooms got used bathrobe left on the cup board ?! However, staffs were super helpful. Got early check in, got luggage stored and gym was also decent. Location was superb! Just right in front of station. Overall a good experience.

Where do I start? Room is super small! Superior Guest Room is likely less than 200sq ft. While the rooms are definitely more on the modern side, it is very basic though. The air con doesn’t seem to work during the winter. It was so stuffy in the room and we tried to turn down the temperature to 23 degrees, but nope, AC doesn’t work and will only stay put at 25 degrees. Next, breakfast is supposed to end at 10am, but staff begins to take away everything at 940am. Seriously? No amenities whatsoever - no toothbrush, no shower cap, no cotton buds…nothing! Even when you ask them for it, they tell you to go outside to buy it. As a Titanium member, there is no upgrade either, even though at check in I can clearly see there are so many deluxe rooms and suites available on various apps and Marriott app. Staff is also really not helpful. For the price they charge, I would NOT recommend this hotel. Lastly - here’s an example of the elevator situation today.

Having stayed at other hotels in Seoul, my overall experience feels like a 3 stars. Unlikely to come back. Stayed 4 nights. Location: 4/5 stars. Near myeongdong street, above a train station, beside 6015 airport transfer and 2 station away from most tourist attraction (DDP, palace) Customer service: 4/5 stars. Fluent english, greet and smile, friendly staff. In-Room: 3/5 stars. NGL room view was nice. Air-condition was centralised, had to open window to overcome the stuffy air in room. Door was opened when checked in, a few bath towel are dirty. No amenity like toothbrush/toothpaste, doesn't refill your coffee and they do not clean/give you new cups. Price: 3/5 stars. Reasonable for the location. But on the highside compared to other nearby hotels, paying extra for the brand doesn't seems worth it. Breakfast buffet is at 30k won/pax, no thanks I will have my Kalguksu at 6k or all the nearby restuarant instead.
