Currently, I run a small Michelin Starred Restaurant in West Village.
In my humble opinion, Daewon Restaurant is one of the Best Restaurants in Korea.
Not only their food made with so much care and high level of execution, the warm and genuine hospitality highlights what "Awesome Korean Hospitality" could be.
Go here. You will NOT regret it.
