I love baekpan restaurants and this one in Mokpo is the best one so far. Baekpans are no menu restaurants that serve homecooked meals. The side dishes and main dishes varies depending on the season and availability of ingredients. The day we were at Baekseong, they served us 12 side dishes, 2 kinds of grilled fish (fresh and dried) and a piping hot pot of clam and mussel soup. It wad one of the best meals I had in Korea, hands down. We came here around 11am to avoid the crowds. The place got full by lunch time but service was exceptionally fast and steady. We paid 12,000 won per person for all these yummy food!

A very flavorful side dish without the typical southern salty taste. Highly recommended if you don't mind the long wait

I can't trust broadcasts Departure at 5am, arrival at 7:48am, went in for the second time and had breakfast, nothing special other than seasoned raw shrimp. The side dishes are delicious. Green onion kimchi is not good

I think it's good for breakfast. I am satisfied because I can eat for one person and they give me plenty of early breakfast. It's a shame that the food is mostly sweet.
