Wonderful hotel breakfast with great variety and quality. The grounds of the hotel were massive, and made walking around a pleasure. Lotte Hotel is just nearby and you can see their facilities are more catered towards small children and family. The concierge deserves a special mention, they gave good recommendations and were always willing to assist with requests. Rooms were not the most modern but were luxurious and clean. Highly recommended.

Amazing place, unbeatable service, amazing views and vibes :) Pastries were delectable too. But grateful if management could reduce the price of small items like coffee which was over USD10.

Premium terrace Garden View is exactly the opposite of its name: room located at Inferior far away block, no pleasant view of any sorts, on ground floor (level 3) looking into pedestrians walking. Cheaper rooms in same hotel had ocean views on level 8. Shilla knowingly sold far Inferior rooms to unknowing visitors at premium prices. worst hotel room value for my past 3 decades of travel.

Dishes were not so great as expected, but good place for families with kids. Wished for more beer collections.

I like the room because it's so spacious And there are facilities to see and play in Shinhwa World, so I want to go there again And amusement facilities are great because you can feel the thrill!
