Westin Seattle is the only place we call home while in the city. In fact, Westin is our preferred hotel accommodation while we’re away from home. Conveniently situated within walking distance to our favorite flagship dept store, the space needle, aquarium, Pike place market and an abundance of restaurants we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The front desk staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. Housekeeping is tremendous!!! We have stayed in both towers overlooking the city. You can’t go wrong with the views. This trip we had a premium city view room and it was quiet, clean and fully stocked. All our requests were fulfilled and anything we needed was delivered promptly. The heavenly bed is Amazing!!! So much so that we actually purchased a King Heavenly bed as well as the bedding for our home. Relish had great breakfast and Starbucks was a daily AM beverage for our girls before we head out for the day’s excursion. Thank you Westin Seattle for another pleasant holiday stay.

My friends and I came for the Tonight's Conversations podcast Live Show on 1/20. I stay at Marriott often, but this is the first time I have stayed at this Westin. It's a beautiful hotel, the room was clean, and the staff was very nice. The only complaint I really have is the lighting. It's absolutely horrible, especially trying to put on makeup. Please get rid of the yellow light bulbs. But, I already booked another stay for March, and I'll bring my own makeup mirror just in case.

The room was really quite wonderful… the only problem I had, was there was a great terrace… that we were locked away from. This would equal more money for the room, and a great amenity for every guest! Poor decision on marketing/Managements part.

We only stayed the one night before our cruise. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Upgraded our room and had a large room with a fantastic city view. Both the bedroom and the bathroom were spotless. It appeared that the WiFi in the room, you had to pay for. It was free in the lobby. Only downside, there was an ice bucket on the room, unfortunately no ice machine to be found, there were signs, but no machine.

Location great. View excellent. Parking staff are great. Beds too soft. Food quality is not high enough to justify the pricing. Front desk service completely policy driven and unthinking. As a Bonvoy gold member, I’d rather stay at any other Marriott property in Seattle.
