Recommended to this KBBQ place by a local from our chocolate hunt, and enjoyed every single bite of our meal here! ?? ⏰ we arrived around 5:30pm on a weekday evening and didn’t had to queue for more than 10 minutes ?️ do slow down prior to reaching the destination as it’s a quick turn into the restaurant directly, where there’s roughly 20 parking lots in the area ? ordered the sirloin, shoulder and neck - and all of them were truly awesome! I especially love the shoulders as they were the juiciest bit.. They were all aged meat, and you could see those the moment you enter the restaurant! ? The complimentary soup was also amazing, with lots of pork slices in there alongside some vegetables and tofu, thoroughly enjoyed those as well! Do consider making a reservation or go during off peak hours to avoid the queue, which is on any case worth it! ?

You have never had pork like this before! Jeju black pork is already high quality meat, but 숙성도 restaurant is a cut above the others with their dry aged local black pork. Highly recommend ordering to sample all cuts, and the server will grill the cuts in proper order of flavor and texture. Their restaurant branded beer is nothing to write home about though, it's rather flavorless and bland. Still, you're here to experience the best pork you'll have in your life, not the beer. This place is extremely busy on weekends and do not take reservations, so expect a wait. If you go on weekdays, they do accept reservations.

One of the most famous meat restaurants in Jeju Island. Although the price is high, the staff grills all the meat and the quality of the meat is high. It is understandable why so many people wait and why meat prices are high. In Korea, LYB pigs (mix of landrace, Yorkshire, and Berkshire) are used, which is unusual. There is often a wait before the start (12pm), and the wait can be very long during meal times and vacation periods.

One of the best pork ive ever had. They said Jeju black pig was great but try them aged here and its even better. Benchmark is set. Will def recommend.

Delicious aged black pork! They have plenty of parking. The waiters are friendly and will cook the meat perfectly and show you how to pair the meat with the sides. As usual with most KBBQ places in Korea, if you come solo, you will need to buy 2 orders minimum.
